Our HISTORY
Folks might remember the 38-year-old Chef Xavier from Bigg Daddy’s Philly Steak House, which Jones owned and operated in Adams from 2017- to 2018 and in Pittsfield from 2018 to 2019
Now returning alongside business partner Warren Dews Jr., to try something new.
Their new restaurant, Global Fusion delicacy aims to bring a unique culinary experience to the Berkshires, combining traditional dishes with global influences to create a one-of-a-kind menu.
